Dr. Stephen O’Connell and Margaret Collins Dr. John and Barb Collins of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Cedarville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Margaret Ellyn Collins, to Dr. Stephen Michael O’Connell, son of Patricia O’Connell of Newington, Connecticut, and the late William O’Connell.

Miss Collins is a 2004 graduate of Colorado College, a 2007 graduate of the William and Mary College of Law, and is employed as an attorney with Parrish, Hauck, and Snead, PLC in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Dr. O’Connell is a 1998 graduate of Mary Washington College. He received his master’s degree in 2000 and his doctorate in geography in 2010, both from Oklahoma State University. He is employed by the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg.

A November wedding is planned.
