Grandparents are Francis and the late Joyce Bellant of St. Ignace and Olaf and Gabi Staudte of Grossen-Buseck, Germany. Greatgrandparents are Anni and Edmund Staudte of Hamburg, Germany, and Emmi and Horst Raue of Linden, Germany.

The baby’s middle name was chosen in honor of her late grandmother, Joyce Bellant.
