Three workshops for community building organizations are planned in Sault Ste. Marie.

“The Many Roles of Fund Development” will be Tuesday, February 28, and will teach how to extend fundraising efforts.

A session called “Assessing Your Board” will review assessment tools and how to evaluate the results. It will be Wednesday, March 14.

The final workshop will explain how a community assessment can help an organization see if the services provided meet the needs of the community. It will be Wednesday, April 25.

All workshops are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District office at 315 Armory Place. All sessions cost $45. The Great Lakes Center for Youth Development, Superior Health Partners, and the Upper Peninsula Health Plan will sponsor these workshops.
