The following disposition is from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace February 11 and February 12, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses. The court does not distinguish between jail time to be served immediately and jail sentences that are suspended.

James Graham, 20, of Mackinac Island, was sentenced to perform 24 hours of community service as a result of probation violation.

Francis Doud, 40, of Mackinac Island, waived preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court on two counts controlled substancedelivery/ manufacture of marijuana and two counts controlled substance maintaining a drug house. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)

David Sayles Sr., 45, of St. Ignace, waived preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court on one count assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice, one count of reckless driving, and one count of disturbing the peace. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Office)

Andrew Rynberg, 44, of Mackinac Island, pled guilty to operating a snowmobile under the influence and was assessed a fine of $1,250 or must serve 30 days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police Department)

Robert Peterson, 55, of Cheboygan, pled guilty to trespassing-recreational and was assessed a fine of $325. (Department of Natural Resources)

Roger Moore, III, 34, of St. Ignace, pled guilty to operating while visibly impaired and was assessed a fine of $1,350, 93 days in jail, 6 months probation, and 90 days on tether. (St. Ignace Police Department)

Judy Orriss, 51, of St. Ignace, pled guilty to embezzlement $200 or more, but less than $1,000 and was assessed a fine of $500, 365 days in jail, 12 months probation, and $3,800 restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

Susan Aprill, 61, of St. Ignace, pled guilty to retail fraud and was assessed a fine of $500, 93 days in jail, 6 months probation, and $14.58 in restitution. (St. Ignace City Police)

Gary Ohearn, 51, of Hessel, must serve two days jail for probation violation.

David Cody, 54, of St. Ignace, pled guilty to operating while visibly impaired and was assessed a fine of $1,350, 93 days jail, 6 months probation, and 90 days on tether. (St. Ignace City Police)

Darla Ellenberger, 42, of Onaway, pled guilty to open intoxicants and careless driving and was assessed a fine of $465, 6 months probation, and 90 days on tether. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Office)
