Summary of Council Proceedings

October 16, 2017

The Regular Council Meeting convened at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017, in the Council Chambers at City Hall with Mayor Pro-Tem Paquin presiding.

Council approved the absence of Mayor Litzner, as she was out of town.

Council approved the minutes of October 2, 2017 Council meeting.

Council adopted the following resolutions: Resolution Authorizing Installment Purchase Agreement Revised, Resolution Autumn Apple Days and Great Pumpkin Roll 2017, and the Resolution Streetlight Request.

Council approved Election Officials for the November 7, 2017 General Election. Council approved the recommendation from the DDA Board to hire Renee Kosor as DDA Director.

Council approved the request by Police Chief Wilk for the Police Department to participate in a charitable event, “No Shave November.”

Council considered and approved bills in the amount of $33,568.09.

The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
