He left his earthly life on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Independence Village of Grand Ledge, surrounded by his family. His happy spirit will be long remembered and his presence among us greatly missed.

After graduation from J.W. Sexton High School in 1954, Norb enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. and served our country in Japan and later as Marine Corp Honor Guard in the USA. Following his tour of duty, he graduated from Western Michigan University and was employed by several organizations in Michigan, primarily in sales.

Norb was a good steward for the Lord. He followed his faith wherever he lived through his active participation in Church ministries. He attended-St. Casimir Parish in Lansing, St. Michael Parish in Grand Ledge, St. Mark’s Parish on Harsen’s Island, Lake St. Clair and St Gerard Parish in Lansing.

He enjoyed golfing, downhill skiing, reading, playing bridge and just being with friends and family-always ready for a party. But he had a great passion for boating and was Past Commander of the Anchor Bay Power Squadron and member of the local Lansing Chapter.
