Cedarville Community Marks Holiday Season with Christmas Party, Tree Auction

Jack, 12, (right) and his nine-year-old brother Max Wilderspin of Cedarville were two of the many area children who got a chance to pose for a photograph with Santa Claus during his visit to Cedarville, as part of the community’s Christmas party at the Clark Township Community Center. The brothers have been coming to the party every year. Girl Scouts Troop 5183, including local girls from Cedarville and Pickford, helped with this year’s Les Cheneaux area Christmas party by baking and frosting cookies for people to enjoy during the event. The scouts are pictured with a trey of cookies including (from left) Brooke Bailey, Lyric Collins, Ainsley Wilson, Teya Bale, Madison Lane, Hanna McCord, Aubrey Gaynir, and Meradi Bale. Mac Collins, returning to Cedarville for the event after recently moving to Pickford, came with his grandmother Debbie Harrison and selected a football because he loves sports.
